Jamie

Jamie recently joined the J. Rockliff Real Estate team and needed new headshots for all of her marketing collateral.  I felt incredibly honored when she asked if I would like to take some photos.  She was a blast to work with and left me in stitches most of the time.  Seriously one of the funniest and kindest people I know.  Thanks again, Jamie!  The pleasure was all mine!

Bailey

Although she has only been involved in cheer for two years, Bailey has rocked it!  Through cheer she found her niche and excelled.  When her mom told me how well Bailey did this year I knew we had to shoot some pics of her with her cheer uniform.  It ended up being an impromptu photo shoot.  We were running out of good light but managed to find a few nice nooks in her neighborhood with fabulous fall backdrops!

Ferry Building Farmer's Market Photo Essay

About a month ago I paid a visit to the San Francisco Farmer's Market at the Ferry Building.  It was packed, the weather was phenominal, and the market was a photographer's haven.  The interaction between people and vendors, vibrantly colored fruits and vegetables, and the ubran setting.  There was also a variety of fruits and vegetables that I do not see with our local farmer's markets.  The plums were to die for!  Plus there is a lot more organic produce to choose from.  I am kind of "crunchy" that way.

Madeleine's Birthday

It is hard to believe my first born, my first baby! is already seven.  Seriously, where does the time go?  It feels like yesterday the doctor was telling me "emergency c-section" "heart rate crashing".  Now here she is:  an ecstatically happy seven year old who makes my day every afternoon when she gets out of school and bounds towards me full speed yelling, "MAMA!"  My sweet girl, my silly goose, my lollygagger...words cannot describe the love I feel.

I shot these pics for her birthday invites.  The cupcake was a great form of bribery!  She was quite the willing model when I dangled that sprinkle coated cupcake in front of her!  You pose cooperatively and you can have the cupcake, Maddie!

This look says it all, "Mama?  Can I have my cupcake now?"

Halloween Photo Shoot, Part II

Mason had the sweetest Halloween costume.  He was a blue monster, complete with padded little Buddha belly!  I could have died he was so CUTE!  He was a hoot to photograph and was quite a sport about the whole thing.  It was an unseasonably hot October day and his costume was rather toasty.  And that binky?  I could not resist taking of picture of him with it.  Before Mom and Dad know it, Mason will be a big kid and that binky will be a fond little moment in the past tugging at their heartstrings.

Halloween Photo Shoot

It's a little late to be posting these, but I could not resist.  The kids were such troopers.  Madeleine's tights were falling down (so much for being "child" sized!), it was chilly, and dinner time was looming.  Despite all of this they put on their happy faces and humored me with some great photos!  Thanks Madeleine and Lucas!

I love the way Lucas is looking at Madeleine.  When it comes to his sister he is one smitten-kitten!
