* 25 flat 5x7 holiday cards with envelopes
* 1 8x10 gift print of your choice
* An online gallery to view your photos
* 10% discount on any additional gift prints and/or holiday cards

The Fine Print:
*  All sessions must be paid in full to reserve your spot.  If payment is not received within three days your spot will be re-opened.
*  The session fee is non-refundable, but may be applied to a full session if you need to cancel.  48 hours notice is required on all cancellations.
*  One family per shoot, no extended family for mini shoots.  Unfortunately the fast pace of mini-sessions does not allow the time a shoot with extended family requires.  Shoots such as these work better with a full 1-2 hour session.
*  Shoot locations will be announced when you schedule your session.  All sessions will be held in the East Bay.  There are three locations available depending on the style/theme you are looking for:
October 22 will be at a park/field setting
November 5 will be at a rustic barn/park setting
November 19 will be at a historic building/park
*  The mini-session prices are only for the dates of October 22, November 5, and November 19.  Mini-session prices may not be used with other promotions.
*  Price includes the session fee and products listed in the “Mini-Session Details” above.  Additional prints and cards may be ordered with a 10% discount.  The 10% discount offer ends Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
*  All print and card orders must be placed no later than November 23, 2011 to ensure holiday delivery.

A Peak at Alyssia's Bridal Shower

This was a bridal shower I photographed a while ago.  Beautiful job done by PJ at Milk Glass Vintage Rentals.  She styled every last detail.  Here is a preview, but stay tuned for more to come from this fab event!

Miss Gabby

Miss Gabby is pretty darn awesome!  When I arrived she was quite disappointed because the shoes she had planned to use for our photoshoot did not fit.  Shed-some-tears disappointed.  Being a shoe-gal myself I completely understood.  Mom brought a back-up pair and forewarned me that we might have a challenging shoot ahead of us.  I tried to think of ways to cheer up Miss Gabby, how we could draw out her spunky spirit that I just adore.  So we chatted a bit and then I gave her some creative control over our session.  Let her pick where she wanted to stand, what props she wanted to use, etc.  Like all of us, kids love having some creative control and freedom.  Then out of nowhere, the fabulous Miss Gabby rocked it!  She gave me serious and pouty, sweet and sassy, and free spirited.  Mom and I were not only relieved, but we were overjoyed that she took what began as a rocky beginning and turned it into an adventure.  Like I said, Miss Gabby is pretty darn awesome!
The two large, vintage suitcases came courtesy of PJ at Milk Glass Vintage Rentals.  You can check out her web site here and her blog here.  PJ is a-maz-ing!  Great vintage rentals/props, and that girl can really style an event!

Julian's One-derful Birthday

One of my favorite babies turned one last month.  He is truly a little miracle!  Born six weeks early, Mom was forewarned that he would be behind in achieving benchmarks and milestones.  Tell that to this little man who started walking at 10 months!  He continues to surpass the doctors' expectations.  Even though I am not his mama I could not be more proud of him.  It just warms my heart to see this special little boy and his family have such a happy ending!
Mom wanted to have a coupled themed shoots.  One with Daddy's tie and another with Julian diving into his very first cake.  That morning while walking one of my dogs I stumbled upon a fabulous garage sale with oodles of vintage goodies.  When I laid eyes on the piano I knew it would be perfect for Julian's shoot that afternoon.  The gentleman was kind of enough to hold it for me so I could walk home, get cash, and return before Julian came over.  He had so much fun creating his own little tunes while I snapped away.  And his reaction to the cake?  I think the photos will speak for his reaction.
Happy birthday Julian!  You are a miracle and a blessing!
